PUBG의 신규 성장형 캐릭터 스킨 시스템인 ‘Contender System’의 로고 디자인에 참여하였습니다.
이번 프로젝트는 단발성 캠페인이 아닌, 앞으로 지속적으로 활용될 고중요도의 브랜드 자산으로, 상징성과 활용성을 모두 고려한 방향으로 진행되었습니다.
클라이언트는 고급스럽고 세밀한 디테일이 담긴 디자인을 요청하였으며, 이에 따라 총기의 스코프에서 모티프를 차용하여 PUBG의 세계관과 ‘컨텐더’라는 이름이 지닌 경쟁의 이미지를 시각적으로 풀어냈습니다.
정밀성과 역동성이 공존하는 형태로 설계된 이번 로고는 PUBG만의 정체성을 유지하면서도 새로운 확장성을 담아낸 결과물입니다.

I participated in the logo design for PUBG’s new growth-based character skin system, the Contender System. Unlike a one-off campaign,
this logo was developed as a long-term, high-priority brand asset that will be used consistently moving forward.
The client requested a sophisticated design with intricate detail. To reflect this, I drew inspiration from the form of a firearm scope—translating the concept of “contenders” and the competitive spirit into a visual identity rooted in PUBG’s game universe.
The final result combines precision and dynamism, preserving the essence of PUBG while opening new possibilities for its evolving identity.
*Insight Designing a logo that carries a brand’s vision and narrative for the long term is a meaningful challenge. This project was especially fulfilling as I got to encapsulate a world within a single mark—an experience that was both creatively engaging and deeply rewarding.
